We’re excited to welcome Adam Copenhaver to Rolle IT as our new Strategic Solutions Analyst.
Adam brings more than 20 years of business development experience and a strong reputation for building relationships throughout Central Florida’s business and civic community. Much of his career has been spent getting to know organizations, understanding what they are trying to accomplish, and connecting them with the right people and resources to help them get there.
That experience will be especially valuable as Rolle IT continues to expand our work with companies in the Defense Industrial Base. For many small and mid-sized federal contractors, figuring out CMMC, cybersecurity requirements, Microsoft environments, and ongoing IT support can be difficult, particularly when they are trying to determine what they actually need versus what someone is trying to sell them.
Adam will work with those organizations to understand their business, contract requirements, current technology environment, and where they need help. He’ll then work alongside Rolle IT’s technical team to identify an approach that makes sense for that particular company, whether that involves CMMC readiness, a secure Microsoft environment, cybersecurity services, managed IT support, or a combination of services. His role includes leading that discovery process, coordinating recommendations with our technical team, and helping new clients through onboarding.
Adam also brings a strong commitment to community service. As incoming Chairman of Accelerate Brevard and past Chairman of the Greater Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce, he has spent years connecting businesses, community organizations, nonprofits, and people throughout Brevard. That relationship-driven approach is something we value at Rolle IT and want to maintain as we expand beyond our home market.
Our goal is to grow Rolle IT’s ability to serve DIB companies and federal contractors nationwide while continuing to provide the accessibility and personal service of a local partner. For organizations that know they need to improve their cybersecurity or prepare for CMMC but aren’t sure what the right path looks like, Adam will be a great person to start that conversation with.
